Soft pastel colors are created when the early morning sunlight can't quite break though the clouds as it's rising. These soft colors combined with the soft mist really give this image a sense of mood and emotion as if you are right there with me walking down the beach.
Haystack Rock is 235ft tall and has been featured in movies such as "The Goonies" and "Kindergarten Cop".
